On Engagement

We accept a limited number of mandates each year, typically with total project value of €500,000 or more. We charge a transparent retainer at engagement, with success and management fees aligned to outcomes — never to commissions from sellers. Exact terms are agreed in writing at the outset of every mandate.

Beyond the Property

For clients we represent on a property mandate, we also offer relocation support — visas, schools, banking, and the practical work of settling in. It is offered alongside the acquisition, not as a separate product.
